As Pfizer faces a challenging time in the face of a big patent cliff, the launch of generic Viagra on the NHS has sparked a flurry of new generic competition and a potential generic launch.
Generic versions of the blockbuster erectile dysfunction drug Viagra have now been approved by the UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
